I don’t know why I feel less “cool” for saying this, but I have really gotten into American Idol this year. And what made me do it is an 8 year old girl.
My oldest daughter really started to get into the singing this year, and latched on to a personal favorite.
It has really provided a neat point of conversation for us, as she has no problem voicing her opinion over the night’s performances.
Last night they ended their charity performance with one of the last songs I would have expected to hear on Prime Time Fox.
Cool!
I was watching this, too. I’m still not sure whether to be pleased that they sang “Shout To the Lord” or disappointed that they took out “Jesus”
